A detailed face to face video or telephone meeting  to discuss your recruitment requirements. If you do not have a job description our industry experts will be able to provide help and support  at this stage.

Honest and realistic feedback on your expectations and timelines based on current market conditions, competitors and candidate availability. We will also provide package remuneration guidance including salary indexing.

Taking valuable time to truly understand your business in order to identify professionals with not only the necessary skills but also the right characteristics to thrive in your culture.

7. Face to Face Candidate Interview
A face to face interview to confirm the candidate’s suitability and provide an insight to their characteristics, professionalism and presentation as well as affirming their interest in the opportunity.

8. Candidate Shortlisting
Presenting the best candidates, along with full candidate profiling and the option to have a conference to discuss any queries. We are much more than a CV sending service and encourage our clients to say “why is this candidate right”.
9. Interview Arrangement
Liaising between you and the candidates to ensure the interview is as seamless as possible. Ensuring they understand all the details including dress code, interview preparation and arrival instructions.
10. Interview Feedback
Ensuring we take prompt feedback from both the candidate and client to keep both parties updated throughout the process. We believe it is imperative candidates receive interview feedback regardless of the outcome and will provide constructive feedback on your behalf should they been unsuccessful.
11. Delivering the Offer
Delivering an offer means the process has been a success however it is negotiation that needs to be handled with care. We provide honest and consultative advice on your proposed offer before delivering it to the candidate and confirming their acceptance.
12. Offer Management
Maintaining communication with both client and candidate until start of employment ensuring the transition is streamlined.
