As a Specification Sales Manager you will be responsible for securing projects and promoting a market-leading range of interior and exterior lighting and control solutions across the South Central region. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies to grow market share, while building strong relationships with local authorities, consultants, contractors and architects. The role involves targeting key government-funded sectors such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, street lighting and rail, working closely with internal teams to deliver complete project support, from lighting design and surveys through to total cost of ownership analysis, carbon and energy savings assessments, and full product life cycle evaluations. The successful individual will play a key part in driving high quality, profitable growth and strengthening the company’s presence within the specification market.

This is a high-performing, commercially focused role responsible for driving regional sales of landscaping products across the South Central region. The role involves developing strong relationships with key stakeholders including tier 1 contractors, housebuilders, groundworkers and builders’ merchants.


You’ll manage the sales process from identifying new project opportunities, converting specifications to orders and growing long-term customer accounts. This role is all about building long term relationships, with a key focus on maximising our clients presence on active projects.
