PACKAGE:
Basic Salary up to £55k DOE + Uncapped Bonus

ROLE: This is a high-performing, commercially focused role responsible for driving regional sales of external paving and hard landscaping products across the South Central region. The role involves developing strong relationships with key stakeholders including tier 1 contractors, housebuilders, groundworkers and builders’ merchants.
You’ll manage the sales process from identifying new project opportunities, converting specifications to orders and growing long-term customer accounts. This role is about delivering both volume and margin, with a key focus on maximising my client's presence on active projects.
EMPLOYER: My client is a market-leading manufacturer of paving, walling and brick products. Known for their innovation, quality and strong sustainability credentials, they supply the construction sector across the UK via major merchant partners and direct contractor engagement. The business is in a phase of strategic growth, investing in people, product development and enhanced customer engagement.
CANDIDATE: Industry Experience: The successful candidate will possess good technical understanding as well as the commercial acumen to win sales. Proven track record in external sales within construction, ideally building products or heavy-side materials. Strong relationships with, housebuilders, contractors, groundworkers or merchants within the region would also be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
