Salary: Up to £65,000 + Uncapped Commission with realistic £15k +

Role:

My client is seeking an Area Specification Manager to secure projects, promote and sell
interior and exterior lighting solutions and lighting control systems within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote my client’s market-leading products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, Consultants, Contractors
and Architects.

Understand and target government-funded market sectors such as Education, Healthcare,
Infrastructure, Street Lighting, and Rail.

Collaborate with internal departments to provide full project support, including:

Lighting surveys and designs
Total cost of ownership solutions
Carbon emission savings analysis
Full life cycle analysis of products and materials
Drive high-quality, profitable business growth in the region.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with Local Authorities, Consultants, Contractors or Architects with a
consultative, value-added sales approach.

A proven track record in selling lighting solutions or relatable M&E / electrical products
within a similar route to market.

Knowledge of government-funded market sectors such as Commercial, Education,
Healthcare, Infrastructure or Rail.

Previous experience working for a manufacturer (preferred).

A driven, dynamic and proactive individual with a focus on achieving high-quality,
profitable business.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

This role would suit an experienced sales professional with a proven track record and
