Job Description:
As Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our client’s high-
quality range of HVAC solutions, designed for both residential and commercial applications.
Your your primary focus will be engaging M&E Consultants, Developers/Housebuilders/Housing Associations, M&E Contractors and Wholesalers providing tailored, solution-led sales to meet specific project requirements.

You will manage the full project lifecycle from specification development through to completion, ensuring a seamless process and maintaining strong relationships throughout. Through a balance of strategic account management, proactive business development and intelligent use of market insights, you will drive sales growth and build a strong presence within your territory.

Location:
This is a field-based sales role covering Scotland.

Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in specification or project sales, ideally working with M&E Consultants, Developers/HA’s or Contractors. Experience within the HVAC, Electrical, or Heating & Plumbing sectors would be advantageous but not essential full product training will be provided.

This position suits a motivated, commercially driven sales professional with a consultative approach and the ambition to maximise earnings through a transparent and rewarding commission scheme. A self-starter who enjoys autonomy, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in delivering technical solutions will excel in this role.
