Up to £50k Basic (Could be some stretch DOE) + Bonus: Realistic £15-20k Annual OTE, paid monthly (uncapped with potential to earn more).

An excellent opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturer in the ventilation market targeting Residential Developers, M&E Contractors, and clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Selling our client's leading range of ventilation products for residential applications in their “Build’ division, targeting residential specifications. The core focus of this role will be dealing with M&E Contractors, Developers, and some Consultants. Operating within specification channels, driving our client's proposition into regional and national customers while delivering exceptional key account management at senior level. Working with colleagues in other areas of the business to win/secure/protect major business opportunities and ensuring the timely delivery of customer needs.

Experience in the HVAC sector may be advantageous, with a good level of technical acumen, although full product training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be an astute relationship builder who can grow, develop, and maximise key accounts.
